Exporthub Nigeria Limited (ENL) wood pellets are made from wood shavings, sawdust, and wood chips. These feedstocks are ground into granules in hammer mills, dried in an airflow dryer, and pelletized in a pellet machine – ‘Pelletizer’, cooled, and bagged. The compressive force of the pelletizer on the feedstock unleashes the lignin content – a natural binder in wood – which holds the dried granule matter together to form a high-density pellet.
Our wood pellets have high energy density, high heating value, low ash content, low moisture content, no dust particles, burn cleanly, and are durable – they can be transported over long distances without breaking or fragmenting.
These feedstocks – sawdust, shavings, and chips – are sustainably sourced from wood manufacturing industries and sawmills, as against direct production from timbers via logging operations.
ENL exports/supplies wood pellets from Nigeria to any part of the globe – Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, South America, and other African countries.
We offer competitive prices, adherence to contractual obligations, and guarantee reliable, stable supply.
